I bought 2 sets of crystal earrings in April . When , after a month had gone by , i contacted the company , to be told they were on the way . Few week later contacted them again , they told me to send email to company called Antwerp . They in turn sent me back to Kgbdeals , this went on week after week , like ping pong . I was asked if , after they had taken the £12 out of my account , had i followed instructions on the site , and payed my postage and got my deal ticked and made my order ????? I was not aware of any of this , but have never ordered anything on line before where i pay for the product and then postage second , and i order a lot off internet . I apologised saying i hadn't been aware i had to do anything else after payment had been made , but as the earrings were no longer on offer i asked if they would just refund my money back into my account . I was then told that i had lost my money because i hadnt followed the instructions , so basically they have £12 for doing nothing ??????? Thank god i didn't buy a holiday off them for say £800 , i would have lost all of it . How many people out there did , or how many like me , think , Well its only £12 , could you imagine 20 people a day loosing £12 because thy hadnt followed through the instructions , that would be £240 profit each day for nothing . I know its only £12 , but i just feel so strongly about the way they run this company , fleecing hard earned money out of people . At the time of my order , i had just 4 week prior had heart by pass , and found this quite distressing .
