They went ahead and charged my account without my approval and said they sent an email confirming it. Nowhere did i say i agreed to pay for this kind of help, when there are free ones out there. I called them and the woman that picked up was nice about it. She seemed not surprised because this must happen very often. She gave me a confirmation number and said my refund of 29.95 should be refunded within 7 business days. If not, to give them a call back. This company has a horrible way of making money and spiraling their 'reputation' down the drain. Companies should never charge without the person's confirmation on it.
