Another case of elder abuse...89 year old gentlman duped into giving visa card for a vacation he was physically unable to take. I asked my dad why he would give out his visa number and not hang up on this person...he told me he did'nt want to be rude. I hope someone takes atvantage of this persons parents so they can feel the frustration.
