I bought bus tickets from Cardiff to London, and I signed up in complete savings because they offered a discount. I gave my credit card number to purchase my tickets, but I never accepted any charge from complete savings. Form may until now they have charged 10 pounds each month (I didn't realize until last week).

- The same has happened to me on my business Mastercard - they are charging £10 a month and I do not know why.
