On August 6, 2012, I was sent an email from a company named "Joy Elec Mall Co.,Ltd." (email: [email protected]) The email stated: "This is Simon from Joy Elec Mall Co.,Ltd. We are one of the reliable supplier in china, we do wholesale original electronic products, such as laptop, game console, mobile phone, Digital Cameras, Televisions etc. We keep a good faith with our clients whom from USA, Canada, UK, Italy, Germany without any problem. You will find we are the best supplier with reliable and honest".
I swapped emails to determine the quantity and cost. The total was $800USD for 15 units.
Simon wrote the following to convince me to send the payment via Western Union: "About payment, I suggest you can use Western Union, because it is faster, we can ship out your order at the same day. So it takes 2-4 working days after you make payment.

The Bank Transfer takes 3-12 working days for transfer, plus 2-4 working days for shipping, then it takes 5-16 working days to get your order after you make payment. So please pay with Western Union, is that ok?

Of course it is ok if you insist to use Bank Transfer, but It takes 5-16 working days to get your order after you make payment. Is that ok from your side?
