We paid Nationwide pools of Pompano Beach, FL to have a our pool constructed. They came to our house and promised that we would have our pool completed before the 4th of July. We told them we had company traveling down and we were having our house warming. We signed the contracts on 3/18/2-12 and here it is 8/12/12 and still an incomplete pool. Our calls are not returned and emails ignored, and yet they made sure they sent someone to pick up the money at each level of contruction up to the moment that picked up our last check which leaves a balance of about $1000. All we have wanted was to have our pool completed. They are liars and cheats and don't trust them. They always make excuses for not completing a stage of the project, there are no reasons why a pool cannot be completed in 6-8 weeks. If it was a project in NY it would have been completed without all these problems. I've dealt with companies before but this one surpasses any issues I've had before. These people are crooks
