I just looked at my bank account and I have 15 charges from Valve Software in Seatle Washington. 8 of the charges are for $100.00 each then there are multiple charges for $5.00 and $10.00 dollars along with a couple $50.00 charges.

I do not know this company and I have not lost or had my debit card stolen.

Me too. They charged me 10th of around Hong Kong $425. Also I do not know what is happening.

Did either of you have this resolved? I just had about 10 charges of $100.00 each from Valve Software in WA on my card and I also have never heard of the company. I'm very confused. I tried calling the company, but I got a voicemail, so I left a message.

I let my son use my debit card to download a game for his birthday in August. A few days later, he used a different card to download another game (with permission). Each game was to cost $10-15. Since that time, I've had over FIFTY charges from Valve Software on my accounts, totaling well over $500! I've had to cancel both debit cards to stop the charges, and one of the banks has initiated a fraud investigation. I couldn't find a phone number on Valve's website - just email addresses for everything EXCEPT "Billing problems".

They charge to me five times to my credit card in less than 10
minutes. A total of $200.00. Has anyone resolved this fraud or scam?

After I reported the charges to my bank, I filed a police report with the city I live in to report fraud. Within 3 days of filing the report the charges to my account were reversed. There was 2 charges of $5.00 each that were not reveresed, my bank credited my account those charges. I would suggest anyone dealing with this situation with this company, that they file a police report for fraud, even if it is one online, as I did.
