introduced by Asterios Simha from Acrylex, we purchased abs/pc computer housing from Romania, Italy and UK, the amount is 98,000usd. Also PCCD 26,000usd in the mid May. We sent our inspector to their yard for material inspection and had a face to face meeting with Lillo Messina. They did have their own yard with the right materials so that we proceed to arrange the deposit.
after that, they never ship out the materials nor refund any single coin till now. like others, he offered us his rejected containers on the way to HK. but when my customer opened the container, there were all craps and less weight. these containers made more loss for my customer so that we ended up losing this big customer in HK.
then, we sent him an official cancellation letter on 6th July and the pay due was 20th. however till now, they have not refunded any single penny to us, making all the excuses. they said their customer for escraps arrange the payment 2 weeks ago but due to some bank problem, the money has not arrived into his account. and i know my partner claimed and managed to get the bank slip from him however he just made up the bank slip by himself (there was no bank stamp, we found!)
everyone, be careful. stay clear from this fraud company. he is full of lies!

They finally loaded 1 container and will load 2 in next week!!!

- dear all, i am the one who filed a complaint here but it was my mistake. we keep getting containers from this company without any problem and we now have a good partnership with them with many other materials. it was my bad that i was too harsh to him. i hereby would like to cancel my complaint about this esteemed company.
