I have ordered a wedding dress from seabridal.com. Then paid trough fashionpay.com

I also paid $25 US extra for fast delivery.

The dress was supposed to arrive by August 2012 but it is 11th Aug and it's still not here. I emailed them numerous times but they tell me the dress is going to be sent ASAP. They Kept telling me the dress is going to be here before the wedding. Which is in 4 days time. They said they will send it on friday 11th aug '12 the latest with express mail and refund me the exra I paid for fast delivery as it wasn't fast as they promised originally. They said they will email me the tracking number on friday morning (it is saturday today!!) I asked them today about the delivery and tracking number. They told me to give them time. I asked many times again but the only thing they say is "your dress will be there before the wedding"

Then I got suspicious and checked the phone numbers they gave on the emails and found this website. I wrote back to them that I demand a full refund and even if they refund my money, I will still report them. I am contacting the bank and hopefully I will get my money back. but we have 4 days till the wedding and have no dress. my fiancee is in pieces. What a bad end! I don't know what to do also have no money left to go buy another dress. In such a short time, I'm not even sure if we can find a dress :(
