Sir,
I am a customer of Time Warner Company. They charge me to protect my computer from viruses every month. This morning I have been on the phome with then a couple of times and requested for help with a virus notice apperaring on mt screen. At the end they asked me to call 866-966-8478 and ger Mcafee to help me. I had to pay $ 89.00 for them to remove the virus.
My name is Indulata Jayapal, I am a senior citizen,presently I am studying for my Master in Nursing doing an online studies.
Presently they have me on the phone waiting for over an hour and will not response.
I shall be obliged if you can please ask them to refund this money, as I am am on fixed income and work part time.
Their response to senior services is very poor in quality.
