My hotmail account is not working so I called 855-425-2273 because I googled assistance for hotmail account issues. When I called someone named Addy Singh said he could reset my password and that my account had been hacked and in order to resolve it, he had to take over my computer and install an anti-spyware software. He then installed it and said it would be 160.00. I did not pay but I informed him he was running a scam and I would report him. He also never reset my password. It was a scam and unfortunately his number is all over google for hotmail issues so I am sure there are other victims.
