I never signed up for this service and they insisted that i downloaded and encyclopedia im almost 40 years old i have no use for one. The person i talked to was rude refused to give me a refund and refused to put a supervisor on the phone but said that he spoke with one that advised him the steps to take to file a claim. but could not give me this persons name.
