I recieved a call from my bank stating that a company was tried to debit 3 different times in the amount of 90.00 and 30.00. I have never applied with this company and don't know how they got my information! looked at my statement and they actually had debited 90.00 out of my account last month! called them and they told me we would have to file a police report stating that I never applied for a loan and fax it to them. could not tell me how they got my information or when it would be resolved. There is something that has to be done about this! I am the 418 complaint how many does it take for someone to take action!!!!!!!!! This is illegal and something has to be done!!!!
