I ordered a pair of ankle boots on 07-16-12. The money was cashed right away by PayPal, but I never got any email from the company advising that my order had shipped. After a few days, and seeing some Chinese name on the Paypal receipt, I filed a complaint thru Paypal, who got in touch with Shoesbuy365 and sent me an International tracking number. After three weeks I received a tiny registered parcel, featuring this tracking number and containing… a scouring pad!!!
I called PayPal who told me I shouldn't have accepted the parcel, but in France you have to sign before you even SEE the registered parcel. Anyway I was very angry at PayPal for not having mentioned in their emails that I should refuse the parcel. Miraculously, PayPal have credited my account from the exact amount today.
Shoesbuy365 is definitely a big American/Chinese fraud. Although I didn't suffer any monetary damage in the end, I fuel this complaint so that Shoesbuy365 is sued, closed down, whatever...

Hi Majtla,
I was scammed by the same company, took me a lot of tme and stress to get my refund. Glad for you everything went smoothly! Could you do us all a favour? There are 14 complaints all together, spread over various names names here. Could you please also post this at Shoes365buy(.com)? There the most of us, and the first one too, are (10 complaints). So we've got a stronger case together to bring them down and let future buyers or victims see they are some serious scammers.
I've allready contacted Scambook about this, that they should put all of the 14 complaints (maybe even more) together, but got no answer...

I just did file my complaint at Shoes365buy. Twice, actually (the site wasn't working properly). I wonder how serious Scambook is, if they don't answer your queries... -
