o them i took my mopede for a mot,few days after that i had a breakdown so they came to pick me up(charging £50) and fixed the problem,the belt broke.this repair took about a week.on saturday 14/07/12 i got the bike back,and two days later the belt broke again.they stated they wont be charging if it was their fault but they blamed me.i took the broken belt to showed them,and they oredered another one for me,saying they would send it to my home address,i paid £32 for that.after a week i called them to check why i didn't receive my belt yet,and they had it in there,and didn't even let me know.in the end i had to fix the bike myself.i felt I've been ripped off and the costumer service wasn't good at all.
