As I thought Outlet is an established website for deals, I bought a portable scanner and a toiletries bag from them on 22 and 25 July 2012 respectively. The voucher for the toiletries bag said the item can only be redeemed after 9 August 2012. Furthermore, I have not received the scanner by registered mail as well. When I called them on 8 August 2012, there was no answer. Sent them email and I got an automated reply saying that they will review my case and revert within 24-72hours. When I browse thru their website on 10 August 2012, I then realized they had liquidated. I think Outlet is out there to cheat the consumers' money as the procedures for liquidation would have been done months earlier and yet they are still selling items through their websites all these while. I hope to get back the refund of my money and will learn my lesson and not buying from these sites ever.
