I am writing in regards to how disappointing I have been with Axiology Aesthetics. I am seeking my refund of $5,200.00. I was scheduled August 10, 2011 at 8:00am at the Schaumburg location and went to the scheduled appointment and it was CLOSED. I thought to myself how could it be closed if I had an appointment scheduled? I never received the phone call and the clinic was closed. I called both Lincoln Park and Schaumburg locations and noone answered. I left numerous messages as well. How is it possible to provide surgical procedures and not have anyone communicating with the patients? I do not understand how my appointment was "made" and "assured" yet canceled but did not receive a phone call. I have called the call center numerous times and spoke to a young lady last on Friday, August 19, 2011 and she stated the VP of the company would contact me. It is August 23, 2011 and they have failed to contact me. I started calling and leaving messages since Wednesday, August 10, 2011 and everyday since then. I also went to the Lincoln Park campus and they assured me you would contact me. My contact information is listed below. I have a timeline of all events dealing with Axiology Aesthetics. All I am asking for is for my money to be returned. I tried calling today Monday, August 22, 2011 and the phones are NO longer in service. This is a scam, how would a surgical company all of a sudden not have a phone number? Please contact me immediately. Thanks!
