I agreed to pay 2.97 to download some type of guide to Grant Services. I was led to believe that this was a Canadian service to start with, and the info would at least be about Canadian grants being offered. When I agreed I was notified of the 2.97 Charge but nothing indicated there was any other type of charge. Until I recieved my mastercard statement. I was actually charged in US currency, 3.10 and 60.29. I am really not happy about it at all. I hope I don't see any more charges from these people.
