I returned an item - my payment was $199. They are only refunding $119 after item was returened 2 weeks ago.They said there is no refund for shipping, handling, etc. I paid postage for the return. They also said there was no refunf for the upgrades I selected but they sure as heck charged me for them. That's a pretty sizeable charge for what they claim. How do I let other consumers beware of
bying from these cheats?
