I am a disabled Vet on a small pension. I got small loan online, and a few days latter a call offering me a $9500. non secured card. I said send me the information. I did not get any information, but they took $89.00 out of my account and this caused five checks to over draft as the bank fees added. five fees at $31. plus the compaines that I sent the checks to charged fees from $25 to $45.00. I tried for over two weeks to resolve this, and was hung up on, or had the call drop off. I finally got with my bank filed a fraud charge. They closed my account opened a new one and return there fees, and gave me $89 credit in which they are going to reverse and grt back from Platium. The fees from creditors were not returned as the bank has no control over that. So I was still out $60 to them, plus all the agervation. Thank god my bank did good by me.
