Dear sir / madam,

Lancel is a brand famous on leather.  However, I have bought a handbag in June this year in the Hong Kong office, the shoulder strap damaged two of my new clothes.  It was caused by the poor design of the strap and doubt on the quality of leather.  As a customer,  have suffered from the lose of faith to Lancel product and lose of my two favorite clothes, the Hong Kong office refused any refund. They offered the exchange of another product, which means in another way force me to continue using their product.  The most important point 
is, I've doubt on their leather.  

Have made several complaint to the Hong Kong office, however, the person I contacted with was poor in customer service. She kept repeating model answer and afraid of escalating my issue to her manager.  I am unhappy, confused, disappointed about this famous brand and company. 

I highly request anyone here from Lancel can get back to me 1) refund of the bag at approx HK$3,500; 2) official apologize about my lose caused by Lancel handbag.
