I had an individual call my home and asked me if I own a computer and if it was running windows 7 software. I stated yes; then the individual on the phone stated that he could help fix the issues on my computer. So I logged into their site so a tech could connect to my computer remotely. It took a couple of minutes for the individual to tell me all this computer jargin, which I really didn't understand. It came down to him asking how long I had my computer for, which this individual stated that my windows 7 software license had expired. I really don't no much about computers so I thought that it was true.

I let this avangatepcexperts perform the diagnostic issues and this individual had mentioned that I had to renew the license for windows 7. The work performed on my computer took about 30 minutes.

After the tech was done the individual that called me said that the work done to the computer was going to be the sum of 96.52.

This transaction was done by a prepaid Mastercard on July 16, 2012.

So when I paid them I did get a confirmation via e-mail telling me that the transactiion was successful. In fact there was a confirmation that they sent. The individual thanked me and said that they would close down my computer from there end. I really did not think any thing of this, except to find that my confirmation e-mail was no longer there so I could keep it for my records.

I do believe the individual stated that his name is Peter, but not 100% sure.

Any how last night the e-solving pc care gave me a call and ask if my computer was running slow and I said yes. The individual that I deal with is Kevin. I have one previous time dealing with this company.

I asked Kevin about having to renew a windows 7 license, and he had mentioned that it should be a genuine license and does not need to be renewed ever.

He stated that they probably scammed me in wanting me to think in what they were saying was true.
This company avangate*askpcexperts also installed three other programs which I did not recognize before.

So e-solving pc care removed the unwanted programes from my computer last night.

I tried calling my credit card company and said to them that I would like to dispute a transaction that was done on July, 16 2012. But she went onto mention that since I gave avangate premission to perform the service that they have no way of knowing if that true.

I tried calling the company itself and basically was told that they do not know anything about this.

So now I am turning to you for some help to resolve and hopefully put a stop to this avangate ask pc experts from possibly scamming money from other hard working people.
