I wish I would have read all these complaints before placing my order! After 2 weeks of not havimg received the shoes and realizing that I never even received a confirmation email (just the payment email from PayPal), I sent an email to [email protected] from the "contact us" tab in the website, as well as posted a note on the website. Then I emailed to the address provided from the PayPal statement which was [email protected], to no avail. Like everyone else, I filed a complaint to PayPal and received an email stating the claim was closed because they provided shipping information. Having received a showercap from China the next day made me suspicious so I contacted PayPal by phone and as soon as I said I believed they had sent me a shower cap in order to provide PayPal witn shipoing information, the PayPal rep said that's exactly what they had done and would go ahead and refund my account the $32. Like many of you I also asked why PayPal would allow themselves to provide services to a scam company after having developed such a great reputation with giants such as eBay. He said they were no longer going to be affiliated with anne-shoes, but it looks like they've been saying that since May. Thus, prolonging headaches to their customers and not to mention the monetary losses to them since they have to refund the customers. Unbeliavable that a company can blatently steal from another without anything being done to stop them! That website should be shut down!!
