I thought I signed up for a search engine with ability to view and download educational materials. Nothing but a scam. Media Crawler/Crowler? was downloaded to my laptop and was not compatible with my system. Sent several complaints to the company with no returned reply. Contacted my VISA carrier to reverse the charges and investigate the scam company.
