i bought the handbag on July 28th 2012. i went to the store on august 8th 2012 i wanted to return or exchange on a bigger handbag.and the manager Pault.Caras at louis vuittion told me that the handbag had a scratch.i was not seeing any scratch even the customer in the store didn't see any scratch but it was a press maybe from shipping but for me it looked normal . when i was buying the sales person just showed me a handbag from display.i said i wanted to purchase the handbag and the sales person came from the back and brought the handbag not even give me a chance to look at or told me to check handbag the sales person she just packet it in the bag the sales person Annak didn't tell us if we wanted to check the handbag how can they sell like this and you cant return there policy is two weeks you can return by 14 days and get refund or exchange or store credit for one month and in excellent condition and when i went to return or exchange it was in excellent condition. there probably selling from display.its completely nothing wrong whith the handbag because i didn't use if they are not going by there policy they just lie to costumers.and when i went to return the staff were really rude.how can the handbags be in bad condition if i payed 1,340 dollars its good quality how could it be bad condition in 11 days.louis vuitton store address 1151 Galleria Boulevard space#1180 Roseville ca 95678 Tel:9167725666
