I received an email from Josh Levy requesting more info on a property that I have listed for sale on an Internet sight. The email from him looked like a blanket email that did not address me by name or ask where the property was located. After doing an Internet search on his name and his email address "Apogee Buyers" I saw several other complaints that this was an Internet scam and that going to the website he directs you to can cause your computer to freeze.

I also received an email today, 8/9/12 (- SCAM ALERT!!!) from Josh Levy of apogee-investors.com:
"Hello,
I am wondering if your property is still for sale? If so, could I tour the place sometime in the next week?
Which direction does the front of the house face?
