We went to a FREE Real Estate seminar. They had few interesting things to say. Then they told us there was a three day workshop that we could attend. The cost $1997. They told us that at the workshop they would share Insider's information. My wife and I feel that they did NOT get even 20% of what they promised. Then they got people to sign up for additional workshops, where the would learn the REAL SECRETS! They charged anywhere from $9K to over $40k for that additional education.

- We had purchased the 3 day workshop and it took them over a month to ship us the DVDs since we could not go to the workshop and in the meantime we joined the mentoring program and it did not even come close to delivering what was promised and it seemed like it was just alot of busywork that was given to us and not much guidance. We are trying to get our money back now.
