30.00 was saken from my bank account without permission. I requested that it be returned immediately. Got e-mail on 6/12 stating that it would be in my account in 10-15 days.......nothing! I have called 7 times since and was told it would be returned in 3-5 days each time....nothing N ow my cvalls don't go through after they answer and tell me a rep. will be with me, then cut the call off totally ! Enouigh !!! I'm filing with Better Business Bureau and my banks fraud division.
