Similar to other complaints, I was told to redeem my coupon after a certain date and when I did just, the responding company said that outlet.com.sg has shut down and if we want a refund, we have to either get it from the company itself or report to the police. Anybody keen to submit a joint report to CASE? $9.90 isn't much for me to absorb but why should I? Where's the company's integrity?

I understand that we have to join CASE as members in order to lodge a complaint. In the event that the membership fee can be waived (http://www.case.org.sg/online_complaint.html), we would have to pay admin charges
