Comcast rep showed up and picked up the cable boxes,handed me a copy of the Work Order and list of equipment.
Next day another Comcast Rep from Hell! shows up at my front steps asking for the equipment, told him several times, the equipment was already picked up. The little short white guy must not have had any sleep...he insisted in coming in to make sure all cable was off and stated he had to pull all the wireing. I told him I had service threw another company. and NO! he couldn't come in he stated he had to check where all the cable wires led to...then he contunied to check all the rooms when outside. and started stripping wires, I should have followed him. But it was very early Sat Morning and I hadn't had any coffee. Anyway he continured to pull wires and left. Once the new phone company told me my home phone should be working the AT&T rep guy shows up and tell's me this is why you don't have any connection for phone and internet. The old Southwestern Bell Box Wire to the phone line were cut. I called and complain spoke to Supervisor Lewis Rodriguez Ref Claim #00878. I set out a copy of the Wrok Order where the guy come out to pick up the Boxes...I knew waht they were up to they wanted to blame the guy who sign the ticket....but it wasnt that rep it was the guy who came the day after anyway to make a long story short. The problem still remains. and I can't access all my cable channels due to the phone line and I don't have enternet because of the same problem...Thanks to CLEAR network. I can use my PC to submit this complain.
Hope to hear from someone soon. I have several names phone numbers of diffrent dates and times I have called and nothing has been done the other company will fix the wires for 150.00 I am a widow on a limited income I can't afford it. Becaueful when you end your contract with COMCAST THEY ARE VENGEFUL PEOPLE.
