I signed up for their "free trial" (only pay S&H of $2.95). I received the product but it stringed my skin, so I didn't continue it for a while. Then I received another package from them next month, and they charged for $98.16.

At this point, I realized they automatically put my a recurrent plan. So I called the company, and told them that the product isn't working for me. But they suggested me to talk to the "skin specialist", and I was consulted to use a smaller amount (and all kinds of advice which contradicts from their directions on the package!). They also suggested that I should try using it at least for a few weeks, and it I still don't like it, I can call back and cancel the plan. (I naively thought I should follow their advice at that time).

In the mean time, I finally had a chance to check my credit card statement which showed a charge of $98.16 a few weeks later they charged $2.95. Of course, there was another $98.16 charge next month.

I thought the first $98.16 was a mistake, as I only received the package twice, and charges appeared three times ($2.95, $98.16, $98.16). I just called the company to resolve this. Unfortunately, the rep insisted that their offer was only for 16 days and at the end of the period, they have the right to charge the full amount! I explained to her that there was ABSOLUTELY NO disclosure of this "16 days only trial & will charge the full-amount" on their website or on the package. But she just repeated the same scripts.

As I noticed "60 days money-back grantee" ad on their website (just last week, although they removed the "free" trial offer!), so I told her I would at least return the second month package (which is unopened). She first told me the money-back period was 30 days, but later she retracted the claim, and gave me RMA# for the second package.
