I am due a Refund of monies paid on 17th of May, 2012. I have been promised my money back/refund according to their no questions asked money back guarantee policy.
I have been assured by the customer service that a wire transfer has been prepared and is awaiting approval by Cecil Robles.
Purchase date was May 17, with a 45 day money back g'tee!!
I have sent back hardcopies requested, (additional cost to me)
I have given my personal bank account number and for about a month supposedly the wire transfer is awaiting approval.
I've seen other complaints online with regard to not rec'ving refund.
Please action this, thank you!
