Dear Sheer Cover Management Team,
I am totally disgusted with you philosophy. You are not true to your word. I have not achieve a flawless finish.
You have sold inappropriate colours for darker skinned customers. Knowing that Almond and mocha are too light, you include them in a set for £29.99, whilst not allowing chocolate to be available which is the darkest and more appropriate shade. You are blatantly conning the public and rationalizing your customers.

You have lost a customer who has the perception and conviction to tell you.
You are fakes. Chocolate should be in the set it is a darker shade and you will not allow people of black skinned to gain access it .
Is this a form of racism?

You will never have mu custom again. I am going to report this to BBC Watch Dog and many other consumer programmes to stop you doing it.

Please listen to the recorded conversation with customer care this morning at 10am - who repeatedly quoted that you did not do a 'darker' colour.
You COULD but you REFUSE TO!!! Chocolate has to be bought separately. WHY?
Please do not delete it I want to use it as my evidence.
CHOCOLATE IS DEFINITELY A MORE APPROPRAIE COLOUR TO ACHIEVE A FLAWLESS COVER.

You should feel embarrassed. I am really offended.
CANCEL AND REFUND MY MEMBERSHIP FOREVER!! I will be claiming every penny that I have wasted back including postage - no matter how long it takes.
