Bought 2 items from this merchant. Redemption date stated as end of July. End of July I received an email stating the shipment will be delayed for another 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, another email stating that the shipment will be delayed again and will just be advised. Tried to check website but it's already closed. Called the customer care number but no answer. Hopefully the money will be return back and the company be sued of Fraud.
