I ordered a Microsoft Office for Home and Student (3-PC) on line and sent payment through Paypal (no credit card payment option, too bad for me in hindsight). Never received any confirmation on my order. No reply to email inquiry. Tried on-line help and I was held for 1 hr without any response except for any initial greeting, perhaps automatically set. Asked for refund repeatedly no luck. Paypal was unable to resolve the claim due to a digital order. NEVER Believe this company. I wish I should have read the similar complaints here earlier.
