I SEARCHED THE WEB FOR A FLIGHT HOME FROM TURKEY, ON 3-18 -2012 VAYAMA WAS LISTED IN THE FILED SEARCH, AFTER I FILLED IN MY DEPARTURE AND DESTINATION, THE INFORMATION SLOTS WAS DESIGNED TO APPEAR THAT THE PRICE WAS $109.00 WITH A IPTIONAL $25.00 FEE FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE , WHICH i APPROVED , oN THE 18TH i RECEIVED A MEAIL STATING THAT MY FARE WAS AS STSTED AND A FOLLOEUP MEAIL WOULD BE SENT VARYFING MY BOOKING , ALL OF WHICH DID TRANSPIRE, THE SAME DAY i reviewed the amount withdrawn from my bank account and learned VYAMA had switched what tye had originally charged for travel Insurance to reflect a service fee for $25.00 I phoned the bank and Informed them of what had unfolded, I was assured the bank was looking out for my intrest and was told to be assured I would be able to file a dispute for the unauthorized $25.00 service fee, I phoned the Air Carrier that I was booked on and was informed they donot have any connections to the travel Agency nor do they have and arrangements for travel Insurance and do not provide travel Insurance, I phoned Vayama Again on the 28th of March of 2012 and was placed on hold for a 25 to 20 Minute international Call that I had placed from Turkey to them. When I finally spoke to some one, no name was provided I was asked for the Booking ID Code , when I inquired about the $25.00 fee I was told to hold again, after another wait of 10 to 15 Minutes a male voice came on again no name only identified the Department as Insurance can I help you. I explained the matter and was told I could Purchase travel Insruce for$100.00 USD. I requested a refund , of the $25.00 to no satisfaction, I was passed to several different people , , It is clear this is a layerd fraud ring, postering as a travel Agency who help arrange low fares this is a bait and switch scam, I have not been refunded my $25.00 I had some legal issues as well as mY son has had Brain Surgery and our Home Mortgage is under the threat of foreclosure, All the bove required me to extend and reboook my original return to Turkey , Which cost me a Extra $147.00 The Ticket was a goood for 12 months. The charged me for Insurance that I did not approve they claimed it was a fee for Insurance that they failed to provide , The bank sen tme a respose of the dispute , from Yayama they are lying and refusing to give back my Money, The pain and suffeirng and stress is very taxing considering all that is unfoolding in my family now, I wan to sue them for damages and fraud I deserive to be compensted for being victimized if they do this to a few million people tye are filthy rich at our expense I 'm cappable of booking my own flight on line, They didn't do any real service.
