We recieved a fax asking for our address. I signed off on it thinking it was from the local yellow pages, which does not charge. there was no indication of any fees or saying this was a contract. They sent an invoice on 6/25/12 for $1308.00. I disregarded it. They sent another on 7/16/12. I called the office, and explained that was a mistake. She said to fax in my complaint. I did. Today 8/6/12 I recieved another letter saying if I do not pay this they will add late fees.This is a total scam.
