Ordered Lift chair for my 97 year old Dad beginning July 2012. Told it would be delivered end of July 2012. No chair. Called their 800 number Friday and today. It is out of service. No response to my e:mail sent to [email protected]. Am also filing complaint with Denver Better Business Bureau.
