My son's phone service was interrupted on July 30, and i paid his phone bill on July 31, which the phone service was reconneted just to have them take money out of my acct. and then turn his phone off 2 days later and now i've been told they can't find an acct to this number & that their's a high security on the acct which we did not place on the acct so now i'm out of 50.00
