I ordered a pair of Creative Recreation Luchese Grey Suit Oxblood size 8.5 via your website (www.anne-shoes.com) on 7/19/2012 for $27 plus $5 shipping ($32 total). A few days ago I received a shower cap in the mail. Not knowing why I received a shower cap. I gave it to my sister because I thought she ordered it. Then did research on your website and found that there are others who have ordered via your website and received shower caps or mosquito nets, instead of the shoes they ordered.
