there were flyers dsroiped off in my neighborhood soundding like a goverment program so i called and a sales rep came out. well i signed contract several hrs later i canceled by a fax and by mail , the about ten minutes later i received a phone call from Scott. he was highly up set and pushy ,the offered to brop price by two thousand dallars. he would send a new contract in the mail. I receive the contract in mail, did not sign them because he was getting too pushy. He sent someone here on tuesday without my knowlidge to measure windows. Our appointment was to be on Thursday. Then I called Scott and told him I was not interested. He then proceded to call me a F-N Bithch and that I had wasted his F-N time and I was A F-N bitch, I hung up the phone. Icalled e-z eccept in milan and got manager only to hear excuces for scotts actions he was highly stressed arent we all was my coment so he offered me an addisonal 500.00 off no thanks so manager called me 4 times and madeaddiutrional money off i did not answer calls
