Money debited from my account on the day of order and when I contacted them via email on the 6/6/2012 as to the progress of the order was informed that the goods were not available, intact weren't at the time of order. That would be false advertising.
Since then I have still not received a refund despite five emails to the company and four to sitecomplaint.com. They claim I have been refunded but will provide no details.
