This Man Is Scamming Many People, Females and Males with Many different Names and Photos frauding many people of their Hard Earn Income and robbing the victims children of their financial rights for up to if not more than 6 years to my knowledge . It took him 6 years to scam myself so who knows how long he has been frauding many people before me. This Behavior must be brought to an end.

The number of (44)703-186-6760 said to belong to a William Phillips also scammed by pretending to be a Nokia Mega Million Lotto Plus Sweepstakes Represenitive.
William Phillips number is not far off from the (44)702-404-7282 that of the Shawn Phillips number , both numbers are out of the United States numbers -
