Called for AC is not working.AHS sent one contractor who said unit
is not working properly and its old unit.The contractor said its covered.The American Home Shield customer service representive
called us to let us know that repair is authorized.After sometime we called again to find out when the repair will begin.Then AHS said they want second opinion they sent two more contractors one them said duct work is missing so its not covered.The third contractor said
duct work is missing and ac is working fine.From May till begenning of August it was so hot.You can imagine without the AC.

- I have had American Home Shield for years. I have had my AC unit repaired twice. It is 18 years old and I am wondering when they are going to tell me that they cannot replace it for whatever reason. Please let me know the outcome of your situation.
