I signed up on the phone for traffic school to this location. I took a class there 2 years ago and liked the Iranian teacher. The women who answered the phone told me to come on 8/4 and be there at 8:15 with court papers and $25 cash. I had to take the day off from work but I was there this morning. When I made it to the window to pay she asked me if I was there for the Spanish class. I said I was there for the English one. She said there was only Spanish class today and the English one was next week. I was not listed neither today's list or next week! when i complained about the inconvenience she said i made a mistake and probably signed on for the West LA collage school. She did not take any responsibilty for her mistake. I am a well organized person, checked my notes and indeed called this office. The teacher is great but office help acted unacceptable. I would not recommend this school to anybody and I am very upset. I have a family and work full time, it is not easy to make plans to fit in a whole day school.CERTAINLY EXPECTED SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. I will not choose a class in Culver City next time.
