Same stories as everyone else. Ordered two pairs of shoes. No order or shipping confirmation. Received a sponge. Still trying to get a refund from PayPal. Total fraud. Don't know why PayPal isn't refunding everyone since there are so many complaints.

- Call PayPal and explain what happened. I had the exact same situation (except I received a disposable shower cap) and they immediately refunded my money.
