I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING PROBLEM WITH SPEED. UNTIL RECENTLY IT WAS AVERAGING 4 MBS SLOWING NOW TO 0.23 DOWNLOAD. I WAS INFORMED THAT, AMONG OTHER THINGS THE COMPANY WOULD SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE SPEED. THERE HAS BEEN NO IMPROVEMENT AND I WISH TO GET A REFUND. HOWEVER, BEING AN ELDERLY LADY WITH FEW COMPUTER SKILLS I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO UNINSTAL IT. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR NON DELIVERY OF THIS SERVICE.
