I purchased a traffic generator system called Commission Engine X (CEX) on June 20 2012 They claim you get quality traffic to unlimited web sites plus sales from the traffic you get. Over the past 6 weeks I have had to contact them 3 or 4 times because my traking links was not getting hits. Once I made a complaint links started getting clicked on. This is the reason I am entering this complaint against them. I ask for a refund and they refused because they say they delivered traffic and they could not guarantee sales, which I could kinda understand. Here is why I think they are running a scam. I show one sale with a $25 commission on June 19 2012 I also show 20 people that was suppose to view the site yet all 20 are unpaid. Here is the kicker 13 of those 20 visited my site and were placed in my pending file before June 20 2012. I am trying to figure out how they were placed there and how did a sale occur days before I made my purchase. As stated above I never join CEX until June 20 2012 and the it took me a few days to get set up. I was allowed to advertise as many web links as I wanted, but I had to contact them and submit my links to them in order to advertise them. There are two entry levels one for $49 which gives you only one link to advertise which you put in youself or $297 for unlimited links which they put in after you submit them to CEX. I of course choose the $297 because I do alot of affiliate marketing and I thought it would be great to advertise as many as I wanted to. I have transfered the info from my back office to my word program. So I can supply all documentation to support my claim. This CEX has been a joke since I got it. $297 is a lot of money to spend when you don't received what was promised. I sincerely believe that they are scaming people. It would be easy for them to collect my $297 and then place a sale on site to try and prove their system works. How else could a sale show up one day before I even entered the program. All the people I show pending and unpaid just shows name and date entered. No email addresses. I hope you can help me get my money back. Thank You
K.Y.
