We received a statement from Online Public Yellow Pages the 30th of July, 2012. Prior to this, we had never heard of this company. I called and a Mr. DAvid Freeman stated that an employee, the office manager, at our office authorized a listing with this company. I said no one did that and he played and recording of this employee and one of their representatives conversation OUr employee only answered yes,no questions except for our fax machine number. I told Mr. Freeman that she would not do that because my husband was retiring in 2 weeks from the date he said she authorized this transaction. This man is rude, threatening and obviously a scammer. Our employee say she did not authorize any such thing. She was a full time office manager prior to Dec. 2011. She left and returned in March as a part time employee and was not the office manager. Even when she was the office manager, she never authorized advertising. This was only done by an advertising/marketing agency. Therefore, beware of this company and answering questions that require only a yes no. YOur voice may be recorded and used to scam at a later date. This company is threatening collection and legal action.
