International boundaries

I have sent in several requests for withdrawl of money that was in my account. Company web site states all request processed within 48 hours. Dates of each seperate request are as follows. July 7,15,17,19,21,24,30,31 and August 1st, 2012 As you can see that all requests are over 48 hours. The oldest is now almost 28 days old. They are not paying and this is fraud. No replies have been issued after daily requests except the one canned reply that stated they take 48 hours. This company is a HIGH RISK and fraudulant in my perception due to not paying my withdrawlrequests. None of which were over 100.00 dollars. So these are all low dollar amounts that should be easy to cover, but are not.
